⚖️ Participation & Waiver

• All participants must read and sign a waiver before the tour begins.
• By joining, participants acknowledge they are taking part in an outdoor urban activity with normal city risks.
• Participants agree to follow all rules and guide instructions at all times.

👨‍👩‍👧 Age & Supervision

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their group.

🚶 Road & Public Safety (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Always respect traffic lights and road rules.
• Do not run across streets or take unnecessary risks.
• Be aware of your surroundings at all times (cars, bikes, pedestrians).
• This is a fun challenge—not a race that puts you in danger.

🧠 Fair Play & Conduct

No cheating, including:

• Skipping clues or locations
• Looking up answers online
• Following or copying other teams

No harassment or interference with:

• Other teams
• Members of the public
• Staff or businesses

Respect the city, its people, and all locations visited.

🚫 No Transport Rule

• Tours must be completed on foot only.
• Use of buses, taxis, bikes, scooters, or any transport = automatic disqualification.

🏃 Safe Behavior Requirement

Participants must not:

• Provoke accidents
• Climb unsafe structures
• Enter restricted or private areas
• Engage in reckless or dangerous actions

Anyone behaving unsafely may be removed from the tour without refund.

🧩 Game Rules & Winning

Tours can be played:

• Individually
• As a couple
• As a team or family

Maximum group size per session: 24 participants

Winners are determined by:

• ⏱️ Completion time
• ✅ Accuracy of clues and puzzles solved

All clues must be completed correctly to qualify for prizes.

🎁 Prizes

• Prizes (if applicable) are awarded at the end of the experience.
• Only teams who complete the challenge fairly and follow all rules are eligible.

⚠️ Liability & Responsibility

While the tour is covered by public liability insurance, participants are responsible for:

• Their own safety
• Their personal belongings
• Their actions during the experience

By participating, you agree not to act in a way that could cause harm to yourself or others.

🧭 Guide Authority

The guide's instructions must be followed at all times.

The guide reserves the right to:

• Disqualify teams
• Remove participants
• Modify or stop the tour if safety is at risk
